Week 2 Day 1

W: 194 (+1)

Workout: 30 min run, P90X Yoga

Food: Journal EVERYTHING

Don't worry, I'm not going to cry over the one pound gain. I am s-o-r-e from yesterdays workout. The muscles in my shoulders, arms and thighs are swollen.. so I'm pretty sure that is all water retention. Besides.. I tracked my food yesterday and was right on target! So if I gained, it wasn't because I ate it!!

So, Hubby passed his entrance exam for the new job... but that is only the first of 4 tests he has to pass before he can even enter the training program. We are just excited that he passed the first one. We will worry about the next one when it comes!

I am feeling good today, probably from eating healthy for a whole day! I have a bunch of cleaning to get done... and I have a super long workout today... so I better get going!

Any action, no matter how small, will help us to overcome deadly procrastination

I dread the YogaX (because of how long it is)... I ended up picking up the Tony Horton's one on one Fountain of Youth yoga dvd. Its 45 minutes and much more tolerable. I do miss some of the balance posses and stretches in the 90 min version. Are you doing the lean, classic, or doubles program? Keep pushing play!!

Congrats to Hubby! I'm so proud of him :)

I'm totally gonna order P90X for myself for Mother's Day! Even though I have the personal training sessions through August, I know P90X will kick my bootie!

Great Attitude! I think you're doing a fab job, and you should be very proud of yourself.

I keep reading how P90x is great, and how its a great work out.
I seen something about it on tv and I was exhausted just watching it. Ha!

Good for hubby for passing his first test.
